It’s available to dispatch on Tuesday- Thursday by Royal Mail Track 24 (1-2 working days) or Next day delivery. Postal fee will depend on your selected delivery and the weight on your order. Please check the fee on check out page.

A tracking number will be given after dispatch by email.

Collection times:

Tuesday-Friday 1-3pm

Saturday 11am-12pm

Your order should be collected at the time slot we provide and agreed when placing your order. If for any reason you are unable to make this agreed time, we must be informed with sufficient time to re-arrange.

Our Local delivery service is within Manchester and time slot is anytime between 12pm-2pm. A delivery fee will be able to select in the cart/check out. This will be based on distance required to travel and date.

If your postcode isn’t included and unfortunately we can’t deliver to your area at this time and it is collection only

Your order is reserved and we do have limited space so If you require your order to be cancelled the following apply:

1. More than 3 days from delivery date - Full cost will be refunded 

2. 0 to 3 days to delivery/collection date - 50% of the total cost will be refunded
